COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this competition, the Entrant accepts and agrees to the following terms and conditions promulgated by the Promoter (Rohloff Group & Companies) and its’ appointed Supplier (TLC Marketing Worldwide) which will govern the competition:

1.       COMPETITION DESCRIPTION:

1.1   Eligible Entrants who purchase selected menu item(s) namely KFC box meals at participating stores from the competition start date (01 July 2025) up to 15 September 2025, may stand a chance to win a prize (“Prize”) as facilitated and managed by the Entrant’s appointed supplier at the time. (“Supplier”)

 

1.2   The Entrant shall scan the QR code on the marketing material, fill in their details and upload a copy of their receipt on the landing page. (This will entail indicating their full name & surname, contact number, email address, and the store in which the transaction occurred.)

 

1.3   The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the Competition at any time.

 

1.4   Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. Complete and timeous entries reflected on the Promoter’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.

 

1.5   The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary at their discretion or if circumstances arise outside of their control, and to disqualify any Entrant who breaches any provision of these terms and conditions or attempts to interfere with the entry process or the proper functioning of the competition.

 

2.       PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION & ENTRANT CONSENT:

2.1   By entering this competition, the Entrant acknowledges that their participation is voluntary and that they have voluntarily provided their personal information and consent to its collection, processing and storage by the Promoter and Supplier for purposes of administering the competition and related communication.

 

2.2   Should the Entrant win the competition, they consent for the Promoter and/or Supplier to use their personal information for publicity purposes without any compensation or further obligation to the Entrant. All promotional material is the sole property of the Promoter.

 

3.       INDEMNIFICATION:

By entering this competition, the Entrant hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless the Promoter, Supplier, including their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, affiliates, agents, directors and/or shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liabilities, injuries, death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or the acceptance and/or use of the prize by the Entrant or any third party.

 

4.       FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event of any act of God, strike, war, warlike operation, rebellion, riot, civil commotion, lockout, combination of workmen, interference of trade unions, suspension of labour, fire, accident, or of any circumstances arising or action taken beyond or outside the reasonable control of the Promoter preventing them from the performance of any obligation to an Entrant (any such event hereinafter called "Force Majeure") then the Promoter and Supplier shall be relieved of all such obligations to the Entrant during the period that such Force Majeure continues and shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of any obligations or loss or damage which the Entrant may suffer due to or resulting from the Force Majeure.

 

5.       DISPUTE:

In the event of a dispute arising in respect of any aspect of this competition, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

 

6.       GENERAL:

6.1. The Promoter and Supplier make no warranty on the accuracy of the information provided and are exempt from any actual or potential loss and/or damages.

6.2. The Entrant enters this competition at their sole risk and discretion.

6.3. The prize is neither negotiable, refundable nor transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.4. The prize which may take the form of a voucher(s), is valid for (1) month from the date of receipt from the Supplier.

6.4.1. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.

6.4.2. The voucher code does not apply to online orders/transactions.

6.4.3. Neither Promotor or Supplier shall not be responsible for the loss, damage or misuse of the voucher.

6.4.4. The Supplier reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or less if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

7.3. Intercity Bus Voucher R100.00: How the voucher works:

·                For telephonic bookings, call the national Intercity contact centre at 010 822 9000 and provide your voucher code.

·                The voucher amount will be deducted from your total fare upon payment and customer will get two codes, each code valued at R50.00

·                Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed at Shoprite or Checkers.

·                You can use only one voucher per customer, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

·                The voucher is valid solely for return trips within South Africa and cannot be combined with other promo codes or offers.

·                Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the passengers and date/time specified.

·                Ensure all ticket details are correct, as any changes will invalidate the ticket.

·                Replacement tickets are required for trip changes, and positive identification may be requested when boarding.

7.5. Activities 2-4-1 vouchers: How the voucher works:

·                To book your Days Out experience with Bounce Inc, call 011 517 2500 or send an email to enquiries@bounceinc.co.za with your unique code received via SMS, name, branch you wish to visit, number of participants, date, and time.

·                Buy 1 and Get 1 Free (1 person pays in full and second person gets the same activity at no cost).

·                Customers are limited to using one voucher code per booking.

·                Bounce Inc vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·                Bookings must be made through the call center at 011 517 2500; the voucher is not valid for walk-ins or online reservations.

·                Customers will need to complete the transaction over the phone with a Bounce representative and should have a cheque or credit card ready. 5. A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer by Bounce, which must be presented upon arrival at check-in.

·                The voucher is valid for the duration of the campaign.

·                This offer excludes BOUNCE Grip Socks and is only applicable for a one-hour general access session.

·                The voucher can be redeemed Monday to Friday, subject to availability, but is not valid during school holidays or on public holidays.
